SHIPPING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We are pleased to offer quick trackable international shipping to all countries that we service. 

Note that, for various reasons, we are unable to offer services to some countries, or in some cases cannot ship certain products to specific countries due to prevailing regulations.


Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on Shipping:

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping logistics -- both air cargo in the form of cargo and passenger flights, and surface transport via various modes of transportation, and via various shipping agents, including local postal services -- have been significantly impacted all over the world. In many instances, this causes shipping delays, and in some countries where postal services are overwhelmed, outright refusal to receive parcels. While many of these bottlenecks have now been overcome, shipping costs have remained stubbornly high. To overcome these challenges, URBNZONE.COM works to identify and use the most efficient, reliable and cost-effective shipping options available, and to process all orders within a 24-36 hour window. In some instances, we offer faster shipping times via service providers that are quicker, but also more expensive. We leave it to our customers to decide upon which options best suit their needs and preferences.

USA: 4 - 7 business days*

Australia and New Zealand: 6 - 10 business days*

UK and Ireland: 6 - 10 business days*

Europe:6 - 10 business days*

Latin America: 10 - 14 business days*

Africa: 10 - 14 business days*

Canada: 4-7 business days*

Other countries (please see exceptions): 12 - 30 days**

Some distant locations can take a bit longer to reach, but we will do all that we can to get the product to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

*The given delivery times are URBNZONE.COM’s best estimates calculated from the date an order is sent out for shipment, keeping in mind typical transit times during current conditions. Deliveries could take longer than expected because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, due to bad weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

**Unfortunately, due to specific customs procedures and/or extremely challenging shipping logistics, delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We do not ship to countries on the United States Government OFAC sanctions list including: Balkans, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Côte D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe. Due to the war in Ukraine and related logistical challenges, we currently do not ship to Ukraine or to Russia. We are currently unable to ship to Yemen, or to certain parts of Ethiopia.

At URBNZONE, we do all that we can to ensure that orders can be shipped to customers in an expeditious, dependable and cost-effective manner. In some cases, despite our best efforts, for reasons beyond our control, unexpected delays may be experienced.  URNBZONE.COM will endeavor to provide updates on any unexpected changes to shipping times, and will do all that we can to maximize your satisfaction and positive purchasing experience. Customers are encouraged to use the tracking tool provided to monitor shipping progress. 


PAYMENT OF DUTY AND APPLICABLE TAXES

Where required to do so, URBNZONE will collect sales and other applicable taxes (such as HST or VAT) at the time of purchase. Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges are not included in the item price. Depending on the jurisdiction in the country or region where your order will be delivered, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these taxes or duties will be required to release your order from customs on arrival. The common rate for duties and taxes fees is about 20% of the USD amount of the merchandise purchased, however rates vary from country to country, and vary depending on the category of goods imported. Actual duty or tax charges will depend on the regulations in force in the destination country. 

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) orders, as the customer, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Note that URBNZONE.COM cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package by the government in your jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. In some, fairly rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Should you have questions concerning duty and applicable taxes, kindly contact your customs office for specific information.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, URBNZONE will begin to process your order for shipping.


PROCESSING TIME

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days, but we endeavour to process all orders within 36 hours. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order to the post office or shipping agent. Once these procedures have been completed, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Note that if you place your order after 11:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST, or UTC -5), your order will likely be processed the following business day. If your order is received on a Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following Monday.


ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank or credit card company handles the currency conversion. They will convert the currency from USD to your local currency for you.


SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

URBNZONE tries to send multiple item orders to you in one package, but sometimes it is not possible to do so. In some cases, if you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments and thus you may receive one item before another. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In such cases, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.


ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

Orders may be updated or changed (e.g. color, size, quantity, change to Shipping Address information) or cancelled, up to 12 hours after placing the order.  Any changes should be communicated immediately to our email address: SUPPORT@URBNZONE.COM which is available 24/7. Please note that any request received after the 12-hour limit may not be accepted because processing of the order will have already begun. Changes to orders cannot be made once processing has started.  Under special circumstances, and at our discretion, we will do our best to try to put a hold on, or cancel your order after the 12-hour period has expired, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Should we be able to do so, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the costs to cancel the order.
